7/30/19 (Update) - Chrome version 76 has been officially released to public. This should help alleviate any issues navigating through the Settings area of Dynamics 365. If that winds up not being the case, we will be sure to update you here.
7/24/19 (Update) - The release date for Chrome 76, which will address the loading issues in the Settings section of Dynamics 365, is scheduled for July 30th, 2019.
7/2/19 (New) - There is a known issue with Dynamics 365 Settings area (both Unified Interface and Classic Web Interface), wherein occasionally pages will take either a very long time to load or they will not load at all and just spin. This is specific to Chrome Version 75 and is reported to be deployed as a fix in Chrome version 76, which has a tentative release date for mid-late July 2019. Internet Explorer and Edge are not currently reporting this issue. Additional workarounds include using Chrome version 74, or clearing the "cached images and files" browsing data in Chrome.
3/6/19 (New) - There is a known issue with Dynamics 365 Unified Interface apps and Internet Explorer version 11.316 wherein users receive an "Access Denied" error message when opening their UCI apps. 2/4/19 (New) - There is currently a known issue due to a maintenance update that was released over the weekend wherein users get a generic error while trying to log into Dynamics 365. Currently it seems that this only affects users who access Dynamics 365 via a bookmarked URL. Accessing Dynamics 365 by typing in the URL allows the user to get into the system without any issues & then the bookmark can be recreated afterwards.

1/29/18 (New) - A hotfix has been released that addresses a "metadata contains a reference than cannot be resolved" error when attempting to configure the Dynamics 365 for Outlook add-in with a Dynamics 365 Version 9.0 organization. More information and a link to the hotfix can be found here.
